First launched in 2016 by the Paris-based label Maison Margiela, Replica Soul of the Forest is a fresh and warm spicy chypre scent enhanced by deep forest accords of balsam and wood. Opening notes are a refreshing, inviting effusion of tree moss mingled with tangy black currant and hot hints of pimento pepper. Embracing labdanum and resinous accords of sweet maple sap and balsam fir emerge at the heart.
